The Karmyogi Application is a flagship project of the Gujarat Government Initiative under the General Administration Department. It aims to improve the productivity and efficiency of the business through the automation of manual and repetitive tasks. The Karmyogi Application is a state-of-the-art system that enables the management of several HR functions, such as Employee Registration, Service Book, Leave Management, Annual property return, Performance annual report, Payroll etc. Past transactions are captured as legacy data and incorporated into the database, and subsequent transactions are recorded in real time. The Service Book of each employee is the most complete repository of such transactions. Hence, service data of each employee from the service book is the backbone of Karmyogi database
